Air compression boots for circulation: quote checklist
When a purchasing request uses circulation-related wording, clarify the intended use and have the claim reviewed by qualified parties. This checklist compares configurations and commercial scope; it does not establish a medical benefit or recommend a model for a condition.
Align the specification before the price
Product and specification
Write the leg garment dimensions, size range, operating mechanism and required control options. Ask for pressure or intensity values with their units, not just a number of settings. Confirm the quoted controller, power supply and component compatibility. Alternatives need their own comparison line and buyer approval.
Quantity and destination
Define one complete set and every item packed inside it. Then record quantity by size, pack count and spare components. Ask whether freight, duties and destination handling are included for your US location. Comparing a controller-only price with a complete garment system hides a scope difference.
Files and timing
Request a manual, label draft and model-specific documents with identifiable scope and manufacturer. Record the sample approval step, production assumption and shipment basis separately. If a file is missing, mark its reviewer and follow-up question; a related product reference cannot close that gap.
Compare replies and keep exceptions visible
Buyer evidence
Keep the requirement revision beside the quote. As an arithmetic example, 20 complete sets containing two garments each mean 40 garments plus the agreed controllers and accessories. A line for 20 individual garments represents different coverage. This example is a quantity check, not a current offer.
Reference
Use the comparison questions below to normalize two candidate replies. A lower initial price may exclude spares, testing, packaging or transport. A high-end preference may prioritize documentation and customization; a budget preference may prioritize a standard pack. Neither preference is a verified supplier grade.
Supplier confirmation
Before order approval, ask the supplier to identify differences between the sample and the proposed shipment. Check appearance, garment dimensions, settings, power label and pack contents against the brief. Buyer or specialist acceptance remains necessary for documents, claim language and use limitations.
| Compare | Ask every candidate | Hold open when |
|---|---|---|
| Garment and fit | Dimensions, coverage and size-specific quantity | A nominal size has no measurement guide |
| Controller and pressure | Model, mode description and setting units | Series terminology replaces exact values |
| Set contents | Garments, controller, power supply, hoses and pack count | Accessories are excluded or unlisted |
| Documents | Exact model, manufacturer and document scope | Only a related-series file is supplied |
| Commercial scope | Currency, MOQ, sample cost and delivery exclusions | One price includes freight and another does not |
No quote exists on this page. Use inquiry options as a starting point, then request written answers for the exact proposed model. A sample appearance check cannot establish safety, regulatory compliance or clinical effectiveness.
